How It Works
Fill Out Our Form
Our in-house retrofit assessors conduct a comprehensive property survey, measuring all rooms, assessing insulation standards, and taking photos. Assessors will also collect proof of address and income.
All the gathered information is entered into an application file. Typically, 2-4 weeks are needed for the local council to review and approve the Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (LA Flex) application.
Application Submission
Installation and Handover
Installation is scheduled once approved. A pre-visit is conducted. On installation day, our expert team completes the work. Afterwards, we’ll show you how to use the new energy-efficient measures.

What is ECO4?
The Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4) is a UK government initiative that requires major energy suppliers to fund energy efficiency improvements in residential properties. Its primary goals are to reduce carbon emissions and fight fuel poverty by enhancing home energy efficiency and lowering energy costs.
Running from July 2022 to March 2026, ECO4 focuses on aiding vulnerable households and those with hard-to-treat homes, such as properties with solid walls.
